Consulting Associates (CA) are recruited for either one quarter or two quarters based on the needs of individual consulting projects. Each project is composed of 4-6 CAs. Every CA undergo initial training, which includes a comprehensive session on microfinance, client expectations, and professionalism and a specialized session which varies based on the project. Consulting teams actively communicate with their client throughout the quarter(s) and end with either a written report or a presentation to the client’s leadership team and Board of Directors.

With guidance from the Executive Committee, alumni advisors, microfinance experts, and professional consultants, consulting associates will continue to produce the highest quality deliverables.
