Edward J. Cho

Edward Cho is currently a consultant at Symphony Consulting for leading global retail and consumer goods companies. His engagement experiences include driving revenue growth, channel management, brand development, and marketing strategy. Prior to joining Symphony Consulting, Mr. Cho provided operational and financial analysis, implementation strategy, and clinical alignment to leading multi-hospital systems, Fortune 500 medical device manufacturers, major private payors, and private equity firms at Sg2 Healthcare Intelligence. He has also had experiences in real estate M&A and private equity. Mr. Cho holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago. He is also on the Associate Board of the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra and active in other non-profits as well.

As the Alumni Advisor for UCMI, Mr. Cho believes in the ability to provide growth to the underserved by investing in social justice. Mr. Cho’s role includes providing sustainable group structure, development strategy, thought leadership, professional training, and fundraising support. His vision of UCMI is that it will be an invaluable source of learning, growth and impact to the University community and microfinance funds at large for many years.
